| Don't even get me started. Like I mentioned before, Wal-Mart actually had most of the 2010 sets when I last checked. Yet absolutely no Stars. | |

| Australia has always suffered in that regard. Cases in point: - no Bohrok until JULY 2002
- no Bohrok-Kal at all, save for a handful of shipments Big W imported
- no 03 Matoran until early 04
- no 04 Matoran until early 05

| I've always tried to collect some next-year set prior to Christmas. This traces back to 2004, when I found Orkahm in Wal-Mart in December 2003.
Maybe I ought to sit back and consider how lucky I was...

| BZP culture has the most detrimental of effects on people. also Because even I was starting to get horrified by the crappiness of the original run. I've been spending the past few weeks planning it out, with release intended for January 16, the fourth anniversary of the original's launch. Much tweaking has been done to the story and design of the damn thing; I'm not changing the title, if only for the fact that "Unknown Turaga" has stuck like decade-old gum (eeeeewwWWWW) on thick carpet. Speaking of comics, Gurk, y'mind bouncing around that hexshade Chimoru sheet of mine to Kahi and the like? | |

| @Gerlicky comment: *Sigh* I remember when I first saw Nuhrii on S@H. He looked so EPIC.
Come to think of it, that Christmas was my greatest Bionicle haul EVER. We got nearly all of the Summer 2003 sets, except the Rahkshi and Jaller (And Makuta, since I already got him a few days before). Which is sad, cause I really want Jaller now.
@Dlak: i can haz PGS spot? :awesome:

| At this point, I'm trying to consider how/where the various evil pplz (unnamed Makuta, Rahkshi, etc.) should fit into this, if at all. I'm also considering breaking that sort of triangular formation the characters are in, diversify a little like an actual film poster (or, dare I say it, Mercenus's posters; there's one thing he does right).
Speaking of evil pplz, NAME. I need to name this Makuta. I'm not going to freeload off you lot for that, but suggestions would be nice.
@Blade: Unfortunately, the entire story and cast is set already, and has been for nearly four years - remake, yanno?

| I was joking, of course.
This discussion reminds me, I should start reading your old comics soon.

| Don't. Spare yourself at least some agony. The original Unknown Turaga and the earlier instalments of The Newsroom (anything prior to #40) are total crap. I don't plan to touch The Newsroom, but I've been planning UT remakes for years now, and now seems like as good a time as any (particularly since I've comparatively reached something of an apex in skill; I don't foresee myself improving any time soon).
@Gurk: Save that for NightOwls; I'm not tainting UT like that. Not yet anyway.

| I'm bored, and I've been doing some UTSaga-related MOCs lately. I'm currently working on a Metroid-inspired one, but another potential project just came to mind. I think I'll try my hand at MOCing Gavilan the Juurhinka. G, would you prefer a red or blue Hau? | |

| Red then, since I started using Metru-blue and the Hau doesn't exist in that shade. | |
